CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Qualys Engineer supporting our DHS CDM DEFEND program. You will play a key role in enhancing the cyber security posture of numerous government agencies by implementing Qualys in a shared service platform. You will lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Qualys in a cloud-hosted environment and will support the configuration of the solution for multiple tenants in order to meet each agency’s technical requirements. This opportunity will support a dynamic, fast-paced and energetic project focused on improving federal cybersecurity at civilian agencies.

Fonctions et responsabilités :

• Deploy, configure and maintain Qualys in a secure cloud environment.
• Support integration of Qualys data with other applications, including Elasticsearch.
• Work with service delivery teams to configure Qualys for tenant agencies and resolve vulnerability scanning and asset discovery issues.
• Provide network engineering support and troubleshooting as it related to Qualys integration.
• Follow and perform ITIL Incident, problem and requirements management.
• Work with the Solution Architect to design and implement solutions that address customer constituency’s needs.
• Develop and implement product test strategies and documents results for new feature deployments.
• Provide documentation, guidance and training to end-users as needed.

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :

• Due to the nature of the contract requirements, US citizenship and successful passing of CGI background check is required prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work Experience as a Network/System Administrator supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting MDM systems and smart devices (Apple, Android devices like tablet and smart phone, Windows iOS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and security administration experience: authentication, certificate system, etc.
• Technical certifications or demonstrable experience in in VMWare Workspace ONE AirWatch MDM.
• Ideal candidate can mentor, teach and grow a small team from within to support growing customer requirements.
• Must have great communication and documentation.

Desired Qualifications:
• Security relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, CEH.
• Experience deploying Qualys in a cloud environment.
• Must have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of IT security concepts to include vulnerability and patch management, security operations, incident management and incident response.
• The candidate must be able to work with other team members and groups, work with competing priorities and possess strong customer focus.
• Understanding of federal cybersecurity guidance such as NIST SP 800-37 - Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems: a Security Life Cycle Approach and NIST 800-137 - Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations.
