Position Description:

Looking for an opportunity to work in the financial services supporting client applications? We are looking for Jr System/Application Administrators who are technical in nature to help support our client's applications in the banking sector. Persons should be very good at problem analysis. This opportunity will be of particular interest to those who really enjoy solving problems, and who want experience in the application support area. Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the administration and maintenance of applications. This includes:

•Support of user requests for specific banking applicaitons
•Collaboration with other teams to configure systems to meet application needs
•Execution of system maintenance processes
•Problem analysis and resolution
•Coordination with other teams to deploy changes to production environments

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•linux user administration, and maintenance
•Windowsuser administration, and maintenance
•Working knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, computer hardware
•Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles
•System Integration experience
•Minimum 2-year post-secondary education in IT or related disciple.
•Attention to detail
•Excellent technical documentation skills
•Strong analytical skills; ability to root cause data issues
•Strong communication skills
