Description du poste :

**This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus!**

- In support of a law enforcement agency, will contribute to the development of a new system built on a custom .NET platform.
- The Sr. Developer is responsible for conducting development of various components for the new enterprise planning application.
- Duties may include developing interfaces and other scheduling functionality using .NET.
- Overall responsible for developing .NET software.
- The Sr. Developer will work to provide the agency a situational web application for scheduling functions.

Fonctions et responsabilités :

- Designs, develops, enhances, debugs and implements software.
- Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
- Researches, tests, builds and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
- Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
- Evaluates effectiveness.
- Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms.
- Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
- Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
- Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
- Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Acts as team leader on projects.
- Instructs, assigns, directs and checks the work of others on the development team.
- Participates in development of software user manuals and technical reports.

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :

- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
- At least 5 years of .NET development experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of education.

Desired Skills:
- Current USSS EOD or active DHS EOD or active DoD Secret.
- Prior experience working for/on federal client site.
