Position Description:

The pace of digital disruption in banking and insurance is picking up speed. Unprecedented shifts in consumer expectations for services, increased demand for digital access, and a high propensity among consumers to switch banks/insurers, coupled with disruptive competition from new entrants and technology start-ups.

Your role in our team
• Lead or support workshops to identify the client strategy and to model business and functional processes;
• Out of the box thinking;
• Create business cases and present to upper management
• Identify areas of improvements and quick wins and prioritize these according to what is relevant for the business;
• Define business solutions and its providers;
• Advice customer about which approach must be taken for managing the implementation project;
• Define the roadmap;
• Act as business SPOC/product owner during the mission and for the business departments with regards to the implemented processes
• Responsible for the reporting and elaborating documentation to be delivered

• Fluent speaker and writer (Preferably trilingual: Dutch, French, English)
• Organize and lead workshops for different audiences: business, IT, operational, strategic, etc.
• Good relationship skills, team player
• Adapts quickly and easily
• Can communicate with business and IT people
• Can work independently and seek own information
Technical skills
• Advance MS office skills: MS Word, Excel (Pivot tables, macros), PowerPoint (animations, transitions, etc.)
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Interest in market evolutions
• Knowledge of RUP, SCRUM, ARIS
Experience level : Junior, Medior or Senior consultants are welcome @ CGI
