SAP ISU functional consultant
Position Description:
As a SAP ISU Functional Consultant, you will be working in an agile team at one of our customers. Here you will be joining an agile team in charge of the functional maintenance of the billing processes. You will capture requirements, document them in functional requirements and model business processes. You will also ensure the daily maintenance of the billing system and resolve incidents.
Your role in our team
Capture the requirements, Help the client to express needs, collect and analyze them.
• Write clear functional specifications.
• Bring best practices and pitfalls from previous experiences.
• Collaborate with other ISU consultants and the development team.
• Communicate clearly to the product owner and other stakeholders.
• Analyze incidents or problems and transfer them to the technical team.
• Being a part of a great team.
How you strengthen our team
• Experience as functional consultant
• Experience in SAP ISU
• Knowledge on Billing, Invoice and Metering
• Able to understand client’s expectations,
• Anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP
• Strong analytical/conceptual way of thinking: focus on down to earth, fit for purpose solutions
• Team player
• Any experience in SAP CRM or Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch

Education and Certification
• Bachelor or master degree with a focus on Information Technology, or equivalent
It is mandatory to be resident in Belgium with a valid work permit
