Your role in our team
Needs Analysis:
§ Analyze the needs of business users across various projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
Agile Methodology:
§ Work within an agile methodology, adapting to dynamic project requirements.
Stakeholder Liaison:
§ Fill the gap between stakeholders and developers, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
Collaboration with Experts:
§ Interact with architects and experts to ensure the smooth implementation of solutions.
Customization and Parametrization:
§ Customize or parametrize software suites, such as ServiceNow, when applicable.
Testing Preparation and Execution:
§ Prepare and execute testing procedures for the solutions developed.
Documentation:
§ Document processes, requirements, solutions, and user guides to maintain comprehensive project records.
Expert Advice and Support:
§ Provide expert advice, support, and recommend best practices for the SPM process as implemented in the ServiceNow tool.
How you strengthen our team
Experience:
§ Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in functional and/or business analysis.
ServiceNow Proficiency:
§ Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow tool.
Agile Environment:
§ Have at least 2 years of experience working in an agile environment.
SPM/PPM Processes:
§ Showcase knowledge and experience in SPM/PPM processes.
Software Skills:
§ Proficient in using software such as MS Office and MS Visio.
Test Case Setup:
§ Capable of setting up test cases and guiding the business during testing.
Communication Skills:
§ Communicate concisely and kindly, possessing good social skills.
Proactive and Problem-Solving:
§ Be proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
Customer-Oriented:
§ Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach and a learning mentality.
Independence:
§ Have the ability to work independently.
Team Orientation:
§ Value the team's success over personal achievements.
Language Proficiency:
§ Full professional proficiency in English, and proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
