As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for administering the Windows platform and Active Directory.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Technical Consulting Services (architecture & design)
• Providing subject matter expertise in the form of non-functional requirements to projects and strategic AD & windows initiatives
• Attending to ongoing compliance requirements - advice on AD & Windows infrastructure-related security fixes, identification, and treatment of platform risks, etc.
• Able to design and influence the Architect team on AD & Windows platform key decisions
• Good knowledge of solutions like WSUS & Clustering
• Work with vendors and provide a Road Map strategy
2. Functional/Operational Enhancement
• Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, and operational consistency
• Contribute to continuous-improvement cycle for all functional/operational matters relating to all Windows & AD platforms
• Process automation
• ITIL disciplines
• Technical & process solutions for complex operational scenarios
• Working closely with partner teams (Systems, Network, and Security) to deliver best-of-breed customer service outcomes.
3. Support
• Senior escalation point for all AD & Windows-related technical matters globally across
• Lead all the problem records of AD & Windows Platforms and own them till resolution
• Provide Life Cycle Management Strategy
• Prepare Baseline Matrix (Firmware & Device Drivers)
• Initiate Service Improvement programs

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participate in the search and qualification of related solutions such as monitoring/management/administration tools
2. Provide monthly reports on activity, quality, and performance of these System Infrastructures.
3. Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for the Operations departments

Kvalifikationer för att bli framgångsrik i denna roll:

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in administering Wintel OS.
• Administer 500+ servers at enterprise level.
• Expert knowledge of FSMO roles.
• Microsoft certifications (related to administration/solutions architect).
• Expert Knowledgeable in tools such as SCOM, Imaging software, and backup software.
• Expert Knowledge in virtualization (VMware, HyperV).
• Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week in Alabang on a mid-shift schedule.
