As a Change Management Advisor, you will play a key role in managing the change experience. You will help stakeholders embrace change, navigate through transition phases and achieve targeted objectives. As part of projects, you will develop and implement effective strategies and action plans to prepare the organization to integrate new changes and ensure member mobilization.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Lead, develop and execute change management strategies and plans using a structured methodology
- Collaborate with key executives, managers and relevant stakeholders to help them address operational challenges through change management strategies and initiatives
- Assess the impact of change on people, processes and technology, then use this information to implement mitigation activities and change plans
- Work closely with training/documentation, communications and development teams to develop high-level plans and ensure alignment
- Ensure execution of change management plan including communication, training, mobilization, transition, support and employee engagement
- Prepare facilitation material for presentations
- Present and follow up on change management recommendations to project governance committees
- Contribute to the evolution of change management practice within the Payroll Service Center to foster feedback and promote change initiatives

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Undergraduate degree in a field relevant to change management.
- 3 years' experience in change management
- Good understanding of change management and organizational transformation approaches, tools, phases and methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be a team player and able to work with all hierarchical levels of the organization
- Strong coaching and influencing skills
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in executing change management strategy
- Ability to work in a technology- and business process-driven environment and projects
- Member of the Ordre du CRHA (an asset)
