As a Technical Project Manager (f/m/d) specializing in eCommerce platforms, you will play a pivotal role in steering our clients through exciting digital projects. As a Technical Project Manager (f/m/d) for eCommerce solutions, you will be the cornerstone of our project teams, driving the successful delivery of innovative digital commerce platforms. Your expertise will guide the development, optimization, and modernization of eCommerce projects, ensuring they meet and exceed our client's digital aspirations.

Aufgaben:

• Be the technical expert on eCommerce functionalities
• Act as the primary technical contact, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams
• Evaluate functional requirements with a focus on target setup, proactively approaching technical solutions
• Conduct thorough analyses, anticipating both current and future architectural demands
• Provide technical evaluations for new feature feasibility and compatibility, assessing performance risks and implementation options to benefit both the application and users
• Collaborate actively with technical teams, ensuring that product vision resonates with architectural solutions
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders and, conversely, interpret business requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Lead sub-projects including platform optimization and modernization efforts (scalability, performance, delivery issues), as well as comprehensive projects that span both infrastructure and application domains such as Cloud transformation projects
• Onboard and mentor team members, enabling them to achieve peak performance

Qualifikation:

You have +3 years of professional experience in the technical implementation of eCommerce projects. In addition to your professional know-how, you are characterized by a high social competence. You are able to listen actively and understand and analyze customer requirements in a well-founded way.

Ideally you have:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical eCommerce project delivery with a focus on enterprise eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Commercetools, SAP, Salesforce
• At least 3 years of experience with PHP and ideally Magento2
• Demonstrated expertise in object-oriented programming, Headless technologies, microservices
• Strong familiarity with API interactions (REST, GraphQL), version control (Git), CI/CD tools and containerization technologies such as docker & a good understanding of RDBMS such as (MySQL)
• Expertise in managing technical projects as well as technical implementations, with experience guiding project architecture, platform optimization, and cloud solutions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their application in eCommerce solutions, enhancing our ability to scale and innovate
• Demonstrated ability to act as the interface between business and technical teams
• Good communication skills (especially in English)

It is an advantage if you also have the following skills:
• Experience with Magento 2.4.5 and respective certifications
• Experience with payment integration
• Experience as a technical team lead
• A good understanding of best practices and 'best in breed' solutions within the B2B eCommerce space & Magento
• A keen interest in self-development, with a particular focus on eCommerce trends and architectural innovations
• Experience to work in agile project setups
• German B1 equivalent
