As a Director for Business Consulting within our successful Business Consulting practice, you alongside another Director, will manage and grow the already successful Organisational Change capability across public and private sectors. A key focus of the role will be to sell and deliver business change solutions. Working across the Business Consulting and Technology Advisory Practice to generate pull through of CGI services at scale across the UK & Australia business.

This is a Director-level individual where the successful candidate will be responsible for the business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification to client approval, building upon relevant consulting models ranging from business change guidance, proof of concept, portfolio assessments review of best practices. You will form part of a revenue-generating team and you will have approx. 12 Consultants reporting into you.

This role can be based from any of our 19 UK based offices, but this is a hybrid role where you can also work from home. We expect you to travel 1-2 days per week to CGI/client site (on average).

Your future duties and responsibilities:

This high-profile and demanding role includes the provision of advisory services to clients, promoting consulting services, developing offerings and contributing to the strong management of financial performance.
You will work closely with relevant teams such as Digital Transformation, IP, Global Technology Operations service delivery teams and carry a large degree of accountability in delivering acceptable financial performance to the business.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

As a Director you will be a highly-experienced, senior level consultant with a background in Organisational change across a range of industries / sectors.
We’re looking for proven capability at a senior level gained through working for a large scale Technology and / or Consulting firm, with a track-record in business development and growth, selling and leading the delivery of high-value consulting services.
You will have the ability to shape and deliver high quality business consulting services to meet clients’ needs. You will lead, develop, grow and inspire our high-performing change enablement team to surpass their current strong capabilities, so that we continue to bring cutting-edge thinking and consistent high quality services to our clients.

CGI Directors require a range of capabilities across proposition development, business growth, financial management, commercial models (cost and pricing, contractual terms & conditions, IP protection) and team leadership.
