Account Executive – CGI Malmö and South

At CGI in Malmö we are looking for an Account Executive to join our management team to help develop top clients. The role is key in our future growth journey, and we are looking for someone who wants to work with business expansion within an assigned prioritized account, being responsible for its growth, health, and prospects of client relationships. You will represent CGI’s broad portfolio of IT and consulting services and is an experienced professional in this domain. We are on the lookout for a leader with CxO-level engagement expertise and management connections with a mind for growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.

You will join a unit that is focusing within the retail and utilities sector and your primary focus will be growing our footprint within retail.
Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter:
In addition to pursuing new business opportunities yourself, you will lead an account team of Consultant Managers, Engagement Managers and consultants representing existing deliveries or technology domains relevant to the client.
Some of your daily tasks could be:
• Increase revenue and profitability by finding and winning new business and growing existing engagements.
• Build and engage in frequent interactions with client stakeholders, shaping and influencing decision-making.
• Craft and calibrate strategies to deepen client engagement, appraising the investment required with senior management.
• Lead and support the account team.
• Manage pipeline and review the account metrics with the delivery, operations, and finance teams on regular basis.
• Plan, develop and realize the business plan for the account, in alignment with affected departments at CGI.
• Build new partnerships and make the most of CGI's existing ones to help the account grow.
• Lead the way in setting the direction for industry thoughts and innovations.
• Lead, or secure leadership, of client governance with necessary strategic and tactical forums.
• Manage contracts and agreements with the account.
Kvalifikationer för att bli framgångsrik i denna roll:
You are stimulated by identifying new business opportunities and your experience in the IT field makes it easy for you to understand the technology that enables the right solution for the customer. You have a strategic mindset combined with the ability to get things done.
• A solid experience working with clients or leading accounts in IT services and consulting.
• Experience leading diverse teams and working in different cultural settings.
• Experience from the retail industry.
• Deep understanding of business issues, technology, and solutions in the industry.
• Proven success in managing various types of business, like sales and ongoing projects.
• Ability to navigate a large organization, work in a multifaceted matrix and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence.
• Foundational degree from an accredited institution.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
