Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

 Handson experience in any IBM Z/os tools (CA7 is mandatory)
 L1 Experience in Development/L2 Production support role is mandatory (REXX is optional and advantage)
 Strong knowledge on JCL Coding and DB2 Utilities and mainframe Operations
 Ability to analyze the issue and fix it at the production level.
 Handling P1 and P2 issues in service now.
 Need to know the knowledge on the Dynatrace or monitoring tool
 Good Knowledge in NDM and JCL concepts.
 Basic coding knowledge on job structure.
 Quick approach to the job analysis and Incidents.
 Perform health checks.
 Basic knowledge on SQL and informatica tools
