Description du poste :

As a Desktop support, you will be supporting the employees with the installation and configuration of the computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.

Fonctions et responsabilités :

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone or via chat)
• Setting up workstations and accounts for new joiners.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Possibly training more junior staff members

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :

• At least 6 months - 2 years of Desktop Support experience for the Junior level, and 3+ years of experience for the Mid-Senior level.
• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related courses.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting and network.
• Knowledge in supporting the MS products in different devices, such as O365/Outlook, MS Teams, etc.
• Experience in Microsoft Intune is not required but a great advantage.
• Must be amenable in a shifting schedule weekly and night shift.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 4-5 days week in both CGI's office in McKinley, Taguig and Ortigas.
