Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Define project tasks and requirements: scope, time, budget and overall quality
- Produce reports and analyze the success of project delivery
- Coordinate resources and team members to ensure successful execution of projects
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, ensure benefits are tracked after the project is completed
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders, present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions, implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Prepare documents regarding projects and complete additional administrative tasks

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- At least 2+ years experience of leading IT system modification in different projects
- Experience of Agile and/or Waterfall project management
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian language
- Leadership, motivation, communication, conflict management, trust building skills
- At least 1 project management certificate (PMP, CompTIA Project+, Prince2, Certified Project Manager IPMA certificate) would be considered as a strong advantage
