Descrição da função:

• The delivery process for new applications in Production and verification that the system and the application match the operational criteria.
• Coordination with technical teams.
• The creation, deployment, and support of the automation scheduled jobs for application under responsibility.
• The enhancement of all Scheduled jobs depending on Projects and enhancements.
• Creation of new flows between applications.

Os teus futuros deveres e responsabilidades:

Industrialization (analysis/development):
• Analyze, implement, and test new job flows for new Applications
• Implement flows between application
• Document new job flows
• Package and deploy job flows
• Provide level 3 support for the new Job Flows and existing ones

PRE-PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Framework maintenance (analysis/development):
• Collect change requests sent by other support teams and related to the core industrialization modules or job packages, confirm (or not) the need is core related, analyze, implement, and test solution(s) before making them available for new deployments.
• Analyze and propose solutions to incidents or abnormal behaviors of the core modules or job.
• Propose new solutions or enhancements for the core modules.

Qualificações requeridas para ser bem sucedido nesta função:

Essential:
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IS support and maintenance, System analysis, System development, or related fields.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize situations.
• Able to make decisions/initiatives.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week in Alabang.

Desirable/Preferable:
• Capacity for problem analysis and resolution.
• Capable of learning by himself/herself and self-motivated.
• Good interpersonal skills, intercultural, customer-oriented, and good teamwork.

Technical Skills:
1. Knowledge of Enterprise Scheduler such as Unicenter Autosys, Control-M.
2. Good knowledge of programming language and module management.
3. Knowledge of Unix shell, PowerShell, Python, and Perl scripting.
4. Knows how to work with a Source Management system (SVN, gits, PVCS).
5. Basic administration skills on Windows Server and Linux.
6. Understanding of MS-SQL Server and Oracle skills.
7. Flows Implementation with Go-Anywhere, Axway-CFT.
