Fonctions et responsabilités :

•Engagement with a customer/vendor to understand the client’s requirement for an integration, and assess the effort and duration required to satisfy the requirement against an automated quote that has been generate at initiation.
•Document and validate customer’s integration requirements using a standard template for the developer to create the code for the export file.
•Partner with other implementation consultants in WFM, Payroll or Benefits to Configure the application to meet customer’s integration requirements if necessary.
•With the developer, test the export file and perform quality reviews to confirm the export’s contents and format meet the vendors requirements.
•With the customer perform day in the life test cases to ensure that the output on the file pass the vendors and customers requirements.

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
•5+ years working as Business Analyst
•Requirements gathering
•Excellent English, written and spoken is required.
•Analytical thinking is required.
•Ability to read and understand a technical specification to build integrations required.
•Ability to analyze and determine root cause analysis is a benefit.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office products
•Establish acceptance test criteria with client.
•Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.
•Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedure, and decision flows

Nice to have:

•Working experience as data/integration engineer a benefit.
•experience with HCM (Payroll/Benefits/WFM)
•experience building integrations between systems.
•experience reading a specification document.
•experience gather technical requirements gathering/validation, solution design, solution configuration, solution QA, customer education and support.
