Opis stanowiska:

The Regional Member Services Manager is responsible for HR Operations efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring HR end to end delivery, creating and communicating global guidelines with inclusion of country legal/practice variations in the guidelines. The Manager will ensure that services are delivered on-time per KPI and with quality, that cases escalated are handled in a timely manner, and that the team has the resources and support needed to deliver and meet service levels. This role is also responsible for assisting in the implementation and evolution of HR business model and scope of service, supporting the changes in the Global HR Business Model and its impact in the SBU, actively promoting and improving better collaborative working with wider HR communities, supporting the HRM and HRD community in the rollout of SBU specific initiatives, being the custodian of HR processes and information for the region and maintaining HR dashboard for management information and decision.

This role will ideally be located in Troy, AL, but could be open to other CGI offices in the US.

Ensure day-to-day operations are carried out in a timely manner and as effectively and efficiently as possible for the services delivered in the area/region under their responsibility, in collaboration with other GHRMS teams.
Ensure that service delivery standards (SLA) are met and maintained in line with established objectives.
React positively and promptly to member/manager requests and liaise with GHRMS partners to co-ordinate responses.
Ensure that cases that have been escalated are handled in a timely manner and resolved to the satisfaction of the manager/member.
Maintain an effective and close working relationship with the HRVP and HR Business Partners (HRBP) and act as the first point of contact for all day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance to quality standards.
Ensure that appropriate measures are taken to preserve member data confidentiality, and integrity in accordance with security policies.
Coordinate with Global Operations Support to provide required documentation and responses to internal and external auditors.
Review all management and operational reports for activities under their responsibility and take appropriate actions to maintain or improve HR member services.
Analyze staffing levels and mix of expertise required to provide appropriate coverage in accordance to agreed upon service level agreements (note: may need to be reviewed once SLA’s are established) and make recommendations to the Regional Director.
Identify and propose additional HR member services to the Regional HRMS director.
Actively participate in projects to implement additional/new HR member services.
Implement and maintain required KPI’s to ensure continuous improvement.
Identify and recommend changes to KPI’s to ensure effective and efficient operation of the Region.
With the Regional Director, review recommendations received to improve member services.
Participate in the establishment of member services strategies with the HRMS VP and Directors
Manage their team in accordance with the Member Partner Management Foundation.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500 - $202,700.”
