This is a hybrid ONSITE role that can be completed from any CGI office in Ohio or our Pittsburgh office.

CGI is seeking candidates for a Pega Business Architect position within Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas for CGI’s Great Lakes Business Unit. This is a full time position in the PA/OH area. CGI’s Great Lakes Account leverages the transformative potential of IT to partner with the financial industry to make government processes more efficient through business process re-engineering, workflow automation, systems integration, and enhanced business intelligence. Our Business Architects are responsible for providing the technical insight necessary to help our clients address challenges and achieve goals.
The PEGA BA will be responsible for converting the business requirements, process flows and use cases into a fully functional application.

Os teus futuros deveres e responsabilidades:

• Help migrate business processes from legacy systems to Pega platform.
• Document existing business requirements.
• Support agile functions including documenting epics, capabilities, and features.
• Assist with design functionality for Pega.
• Design, develop, and demonstrate new functionality for business clients.
• Modify or develop new workflow configurations to maximize production and operating efficiency
• Identifying and documenting business requirements that can be handed off to the Pega development team.
• Analysis - gather information to ensure that you have a complete picture of all the problems before configuring a solution.
• Process Design - transform the workflow by evaluating the information you have gathered during your analysis to redesign the workflow using Pega Platform’s capabilities
• Alignment - Using Pega Platform’s workflow modeling capabilities, you work closely with both the Business team and Pega developers to collaborate on designing, building and testing the Pega solution
• Education – You will educate the Business team stakeholders on delivery best practices while advising and guiding on Pega applications' out-of-the-box features.
• Support the Business team by explaining the value of those out-of-the-box features, and how they are used to improve their business processes
• Facilitate meetings to gather requirements that support the business process transformation
• Use the Pega Platform's App Studio to demonstrate the out-of-the-box functionality of Pega Platform in the new business processes workflow

Qualificações requeridas para ser bem sucedido nesta função:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant PEGA certification (Business Architect or System Architect)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Proven ability to assess and improve upon business processes
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision
• Knowledgeable in business frameworks

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800-$129,100
