CGI has a need for Intermediate Penetration Testers to work as part of a larger end-to-end Cybersecurity team where you can leverage your experience and expertise to provide first-class pen testing services to our clients, develop, mentor and lead team members.
Your future duties and responsibilities
· Conduct penetration testing activities for our clients, either alone, or as lead tester of a small team
· Contribute to client presentations and meetings to discuss proposed penetration testing capabilities and/or how CGI’s capabilities will address the clients’ needs.
· Contribute or lead the penetration testing reports and executive summaries with clients.
· Maintain an ongoing awareness of trends in penetration testing technology, as well as target environment technologies and regulatory requirements.
· Interface with, and exchange ideas and contribute to mutual support with other CGI penetration testing teams across the world.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
· 3-5 years hands on Penetration Testing experience in different environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and/or English.
· Experience working on multiple pentest types e.g. network infrastructure, Web/Mobile App, API, cloud services, OT/IoT, etc.
· A sound knowledge of coding and scripting, e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.
· Must be able to work independently and as part of a penetration testing team.
· Fundamental knowledge of network and web-related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, REST).
· Familiarity with testing methodologies (e.g. OWASP Web & Mobile testing and Top10, OSSTMM, and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework.)
· Experience with penetration testing tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, etc.
· Relevant certifications such as OSCP.
· Experience with cloud penetration testing (AWS, Azure, GCP), mobile application security testing or source code review is a plus.
· Bonus points if you have done CTFs in a competitive manner.
