SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR - STORAGE SYSTEMS

JOB DESCRIPTION, ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Recommend and/or implement improvements (software and hardware upgrades) to optimize system performance and reliability.
2- Responsible for day-to-day operations according to company SLAs, upgrades and scheduled maintenance.
3- Participate in the integration and implementation of technical solutions.
4- Diagnose problems, evaluate resolution time, prioritize them and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
5- Write and/or update documentation relating to operating procedures and system configuration.
6- Plan, participate and/or assist in system installation and maintenance.
7- Manage the safety standards established for the various technologies.
8- Follow up on incident and problem tickets, monitor existing problems, analyze them, seek solutions and take appropriate corrective action.
9- Carry out configuration as well as requests for modifications and additions.
10- Produce equipment analysis and maintenance reports and keep all related tools up to date.

- Develop a general knowledge of technology and its impact on other sectors.
- Develops autonomy in carrying out routine tasks, and specific instructions for new projects or mandates
- Use judgment in applying standards and procedures to solve moderately complex problems
- Learns to perform more advanced analyses, taking into account a multitude of factors and parameters
Evaluates multiple approaches, methods and tools to identify the best options
- Plans, schedules and coordinates phases of major projects
- Participates in corporate projects.
- Coaching of less experienced directors
