Business Architect / Analyst
Security clearance: Must be able to meet the requirements for obtaining a secret level clearance.

Tus futuras funciones y responsabilidades:

"•Bridge the gap between business and IT by translating business requirements into clear, concise, and achievable technical solutions.
•Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business domain, focusing on central bank and payment systems.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (business, product, IT) to define and document business processes and systems requirements.
•Identify and analyze complex business problems, proposing innovative solutions that leverage technology effectively.
•Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new business solutions and integrations.
•Work with architects, developers, and other technical resources to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with overall IT strategy.
•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the business.
•Document technical solutions and architecture decisions clearly and concisely.

Calificaciones requeridas para tener éxito en este rol:

"•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Architect or similar role within the financial services industry.
•Proven experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
•Excellent understanding of system development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
•Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team"

Nice to have:
"•Experience working with Bank systems and payment operations and networks (e.g., SWIFT, ACH).
•Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
•Familiarity with API design principles and best practices, such as Domain Driven Design.
•Programming experience.
