Description du poste :

This role is to provide application support and maintenance services to our client. You will be part of a team that provides work pertaining to, but not limited to, Application development & enhancements, SIT/UAT support, Defect fixes and Incident triage.

You are expected to be on-site at customer’s premise to perform your duty as and when required.

Fonctions et responsabilités :

Responsibilities include:
• Comply with security policies and procedures of our client and CGI.
• Responsive to issues and ensure SLA and agreed milestones are met.
• Able to work independently on discretionary Change Requests including requirement gathering, solution design, development, unit testing and support.
• Professional interaction with stakeholders.
• Ensure services delivered with quality.
• Foster knowledge sharing with team members.
• Maintain applicable documentation.

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :

Technical Skills:
• Knowledge on Windows & Linux operating system.
• Working knowledge (design/develop/configure/support) on the following:
־ Precisely software CCM modules such as Spectrum, Vault, DOC1, Enrichment, etc.
־ Window Batch scripting in ETL domain
־ Java/.NET programming
־ Web Server (Tomcat Apache)
־ Web API
־ RDBMS database (SQL Server)
• Able to interpret logical and physical data flow models.
• Good understanding on how interfaces work.

Optional Technical Skills:
• Knowledge in production printing of statements / letters
• Archiving System or Document Management System
• Update/Insert to a Database using an ETL software
• Groovy programming

Soft Skills
• Self-motivated, a team player and eager to learn new applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality deliverables, flexible and worked in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical / trouble shooting skills.
• Customer focused and understands client needs.
• Reliable and able to work independently with “can do attitude”.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Experience and Qualification:
• Degree in ICT or Computer Science discipline.
• Relevant 3-4 years of work experience as Application Developer/DevOps.
• Preferred exposure in three or more of the following areas:
־ experience with banking/financial applications
־ incident management / ITIL
־ software development / testing / deployment processes
־ supporting mass data transformation system
־ familiar with Production, DR and non-Production environment
