Description du poste :

We are looking for SAP ABAP Consultants willing to work in Alabang site.

Fonctions et responsabilités :

-Execute ABAP development tasks based on provided functional specifications.
-Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by clients, ensuring timely solutions.
-Develop comprehensive technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
-Design, customize, configure, and rigorously test ABAP programs to meet project -
requirements.
-Identify, address, and document system gaps, proposing effective workarounds as necessary.
-Thoroughly analyze and validate customer requirements, documenting findings accurately.
-Prepare and maintain detailed functional designs, test cases, and results documentation.
-Proactively identify opportunities for business process improvements and system
enhancements.
-Deliver expert consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support projects.
-Provide on-demand training and user support to ensure effective system utilization.
-Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions to internal teams as required.
-Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, investigating and resolving
software issues promptly and effectively.

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-Proven experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of functional
specifications.
-Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
-Proficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation.
-Demonstrated expertise in designing, customizing, configuring, and testing ABAP programs.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify system gaps and propose effective solutions.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with
clients.
-Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and system enhancements.
-Previous experience providing consulting services and user support is highly desirable.
-Ability to conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and deliver effective training to teams.
-Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.
