Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Software Asset Management Consultant, you are responsible for the effective implementation of the software assets management process. Maintaining and updating the Software Asset Management (SAM) databases (such as system configuration, the pipeline of software procurement batches covering renewals, new purchases, and license terms repository) and schedules in line with the renewal process. Produce consolidated operational reports and supporting documents and technical notes.

The work shall be performed full-time at our client site in the Madrid area, Spain.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Hands-on IT software skills, demonstrated by at least 2 years in a similar role;
• Software Asset Management (SAM) experience demonstrated by at least 2 year in a similar role;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and oral); Spanish and/or French language skills are desirable;
• Good client facing skills / Interpersonal Skills;
• EU passport.
• A EU Personal Security Clearance (PSC) at the level of SECRET is part of the selection procedure.
