Your future duties and responsibilities:

• SME level understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, protocols, routing, switching)
• Very good understanding of WAN concepts & solutions including SDWAN, MPLS, DMVPN, IPsec, GRE
• Configure Network Equipment, Software, Transport Systems, and Cabling
• Installs, Moves, Adds and Changes (IMACs) Services
• Support, manage and operate to support all of the required protocols Under Technical Architecture and Product Standards
Hands-on experience (administration and/or deployment) with following solutions:
• SDWAN technologies (Cisco SDWAN/Viptela, Cisco Meraki)
• Dynamic Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• Minimum of 2-year hands on SDWAN experience on Cisco SDWAN/Viptela support and implementation.
• Desired exposure on SD-WAN Design, Site audit templates, policies and test plan for individual sites. Deployment of Cisco SDWAN solutions
• In depth Knowledge on QoS , CFLowd policies and troubleshoot on QoS Policies and protocols BGP,OSPF,VRRP and route redistribution.
• Debugging / troubleshooting issues such as hardware & operation issues.
• Advanced troubleshooting production problems with RCA and fault diagnosis.
• Perform ongoing code updates to the management systems
• WAN Acceleration & Optimization Services
• Very good understanding ITIL Framework, Service Management Processes
