Personnel Security Analyst
Position Description:
Member will be accountable for the performance of standard and specialized personnel security processes. The selected candidate will provide timely, accurate, and courteous processing of personnel security actions throughout the contract lifecycle. This position supports the Department's Personnel Security Shared Services Center.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Participate in the initiation, preparation, and submission of required personnel security actions for access to National Security Information and Intelligence Community programs
• Participate in the processing of paperwork for Clearance positions
• Duties include accurate and timely: daily database interactions (DISS, SIMS and internal CGI systems), communications with cleared personnel; maintaining personnel security records, processing outgoing clearance certifications; pre-screening of potential hires; and completion of client-specific security processes (badging, CACs, SAAR, and other onboarding requirements)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• High School Diploma or 2 years’ experience
• Professional, customer-centered attitude
• Ability to properly handle and protect highly sensitive personal information
• Exceptional organizational skills in a fast paced environment
• Must possess excellent attention to detail
• Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and customer service while interacting with external candidates and customers as well as internal members, project managers, etc.

• Experience working in a Personnel Security shared services center desired
• Experience with SIMS (or equivalent system), DISS, and SWFT

CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $30,000-$59,900.
