CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Training Program Manager. This opportunity will support dynamic and fast-paced training programs supporting numerous government agencies and projects. As the Technical Training Program Manager, this role is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of the Technical Training Program. You will take a proactive leadership role in shaping the future of the Technical Training Program.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Work with the appropriate stakeholders in integrating existing technical training's into a cohesive technical training program.
• Work with the appropriate stakeholders in strengthening the existing technical trainings. You should drive the need to make the training's dynamic, engaging, and useful.
• Work with the appropriate stakeholders to promote the technical trainings across CGI Federal.
• Work with the appropriate stakeholders to identify future technical training needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the Technical MAP training program
• Provide supervision and mentoring to a team of junior technical members during the members training program.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8-10 years designing and developing course curriculum and training materials.
• 3+ years executing classroom training.
• 2+ years creating eLearning/CBT content.
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Strong command of MS Office tools.
• Team building, organization and leadership skills.


Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with CGI Momentum
• Understanding of the CGI Federal and FSG organization
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience working on major implementation/integration programs.

To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $74,600 - $161,600.”
