Position Description:

As a NetSuite Technical Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in architecting solutions and providing technical guidance for full-cycle NetSuite implementations. This role demands expertise in NetSuite, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and deliver innovative solutions tailored to our clients' unique requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance throughout the NetSuite implementation lifecycle.
Integration Expertise: Develop robust integration strategies, leveraging NetSuite's capabilities to connect with external systems seamlessly.
Scripting Solutions: Customize and extend NetSuite functionality through scripting to meet client needs.
Web Services, API, REST: Utilize NetSuite's web services, APIs, and RESTful interfaces for data exchange and system enhancements.
SuiteApps Integration: Collaborate with development teams to integrate and configure SuiteApps to enhance client workflows.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members in NetSuite expertise and best practices.
Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with best practices.
Preventive Maintenance: Proactively address potential issues through code review and preventive maintenance.
Hands-On Approach: Due to our small team size, be prepared to roll up your sleeves and perform technical tasks as needed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite and/or other ERP and Saas Applications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in NetSuite integrations, scripting, web services, and API development.
Mentorship: Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Quality Assurance: Exceptional code review capabilities.
Proactive: A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on preventive maintenance.
Hands-On: Ability to perform hands-on development when necessary.
Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
