Your future duties and responsibilities:

As the PMO, you will join an established programme of work operating in the Defence sector. You will be tasked with retaining documentation and metrics for a multimillion-pound bid project, as well as supporting the programme with wider PMO duties.
- Responsibility for fixed-price project financial tracking, reporting, and billing.
- Contributing to programme-wide financial tracking and reporting.
- Preparation of internal and external project status reporting.
- Project administration.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Financial administration
- Project reporting
- Conflict handling skills
- Negotiation skills
- Experience of Defence related projects, or other large UK Government projects is advantageous
