Position Description:

To support the development of our agency in Milan, we are recruiting IT Junior Project Managers.

Within the framework of project activities – on different clients on domains such as Telecom, Banking Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, etc. - you will be integrated into the CGI project management team and will be involved in project management missions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Your main activities in direct proximity to our clients' project management teams will cover:

• Assistance to project management in traditional or Agile methodology,

• Management of the relationship with the clients and main project stakeholders,

• Organisation of a project team, definition of the project plan and schedule,

• Organization and the follow-up of the project management documents,

• Definition, preparation, organization, animation of meetings for the regular monitoring,

• Piloting of risk management, management of alerts and escalations,

• Implementation of project management best practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

With an engineering background, you have between 2 and 3 years of professional experience in project management in various contexts. Knowledge of agile methodology is a plus, as well as knowledge of a technical field (BI, NTIC, API, Portal, BigData, etc...) or functional field (Finance, HR, ...) is highly appreciated.

The ideal candidate is a project manager with an IT technical background.
