Your future duties and responsibilities:

Our EUC Engineers are responsible for working with our project managers and change teams, planning, implementing, BAU Handover and documenting of changes in ITSM.
Supporting a high-profile client base and working 5 days a week, on our customer site in Manchester.

Key Activities:
• Application packaging and deployment.
• OS build.
• Driver Deployment.
• Device preparation for rollout
• Group Policy changes.
• Intune/Azure Configuration.
• SCCM deployments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You will have demonstrable experience within a digital workplace or end-user environment.

Key Skills:
• Ticket and queue management
• Diligence and an eye for detail
• Document creation
• Effective communication skills

Experience of working with End user devices to understand the basic principles of PC/ Mobile architecture is essential.
You will have worked on one of the specialisms (DLM/ MDM/ Hardware Ops), which represent the scope of the EUC capability in a commercial environment and proven to have demonstrated responsibility in your field.
