We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in technical project delivery, team leadership, and Agile methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, UAT, and deployment while ensuring smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Project & People Management: Oversee Agile project execution, team coordination, and resource planning.
Technical Leadership: Engage in requirement/design discussions, provide hands-on technical guidance, and drive product enhancements.
Delivery & Risk Management: Ensure project scope, schedules, and deliverables align with business goals, while managing risks and impediments.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership, onsite managers, support, and sales teams.
Process Optimization: Maintain governance standards, report progress, and manage financial and procurement aspects.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must to have Skills-

Technical Expertise: Java Full Stack (Spring Boot), PL/SQL, React.API, Microservices/Java-JDK/JBOSS
Project Management: Agile/SAFe methodologies, JIRA, risk & resource management.
Leadership: Experience managing 20+ direct reports in multi-location environments.
Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in Finance/HRM domain/BI Insight.
Certifications: SAFe Certified (preferred).
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English proficiency, with excellent presentation and partner management skills.
