Position Description:

As a Change Coordinator within our IT Infrastructure department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth implementation of changes to our IT systems and infrastructure. This role requires a solid understanding of ITIL principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will collaborate closely with various teams to assess, plan, and execute changes effectively, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency across the organization.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities
1. Change Creation: Take ownership of creating standard and normal changes within the digital workspace environment, ensuring adherence to established procedures and documentation standards.
2. Team Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with dedicated teams, providing updates on change initiatives, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration to ensure successful change implementation.
3. Documentation Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all change management activities, including change plans, impact assessments, and post-implementation reviews, to ensure transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for proposed changes, identifying potential impacts on stability, performance, and security, and implementing risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
5. Change Lifecycle Coordination: Oversee the entire lifecycle of changes, from initiation through implementation and post-implementation review, ensuring timely execution and minimal disruption to infrastructure services.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Qualifications
• Proven experience in change management preferably in a large-scale enterprise setting at least 1 year.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ITIL, and experience implementing change management processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Certifications such as ITIL is a plus
