Your future duties and responsibilities:

On a typical day, you will perform the following tasks:
-Act as a resource person for team members to answer questions on payroll and sector processes
- Respond to CLSC requests and second-level calls
- Provide telephone support during peak periods
- Plan and organize your work to meet expectations and deadlines
- Coach agents on technical aspects not yet mastered
- Participate in the rotation of consultant roles:
-Manage production related to component input
-Apply various payroll corrections according to situations
-Ensure the smooth running of year-end activities
- Identify and document problems encountered, questions raised and solutions proposed by agents
- Participate in the development and updating of processes

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- College diploma in administration, accounting or a related field, or any other combination of relevant education and experience
- 2+ years payroll-related experience
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in French (English an asset).

Assets :
- Bilingualism
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet browsing
- Knowledge of the Opera application
- Comprendre les principes de la paie en ligne" training from Collège Ahuntsic or S.C.P. accreditation from Institut Nationale de la paie (INP)
