As part of a strategic transformation project, the IT team is expanding. We are seeking a TRANSACT Product RTB L1/L2 Specialist to provide production support with T24 Transact experience. This role ensures smooth daily operations, incident resolution, problem management, and continuous improvement of services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex systems operations, strong troubleshooting skills, and prior experience in L1/L2 support in critical environments.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Close of Business (COB) process in the Transact production environment, resolving any issues and ensuring operations comply with SLAs.
L1 Support: Monitor, respond to and resolve user queries and minor technical issues; perform initial diagnosis; maintain a knowledge base; document common issues and solutions; ensure SLA compliance.
L2 Support: Troubleshoot and resolve application issues; collaborate with L3 teams, vendors, and interface teams; perform root cause analysis; manage patches and upgrades; support batch processing, reconciliations, and EOD operations; coordinate with infrastructure, database, and security teams.
Facilitate resolution of service tickets through analysis and transparent communication with stakeholders at each stage.
Respond to inquiries from Operations and Users about the Transact system.
Proactively report issues and statistics in a structured way.
Collaborate with internal IT teams (e.g., Infrastructure, Business Technology) to assist with problem resolution.
Resolve incidents, service requests, and problems to align with business needs.
Apply maintenance, support, and incident management protocols to sustain application performance.
Deliver immediate workarounds and data patches as needed.
Guide business users with non-defect procedural solutions.
Act as technical reference during software implementations and upgrades.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases (FAQs, how-to guides).
Perform onsite analysis during Go Live, branch openings, and upgrades.
Design or improve internal tools to enhance analysis and customer experience.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Technical Skills
Experience with Temenos Transact (T24) in L1/L2 support
Knowledge of functional modules such as accounts management, operations processing, workflow automation, event handling, transactions, and accounting logic
Expertise in RTB (Run-the-Platform) operations and incident management
Proficiency in SQL, Unix/shell scripting, and log analysis
Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and integration interfaces
Good understanding of Temenos Transact system functionality
Experience with operating systems and monitoring tools
Knowledge of task automation and process simplification strategies
Proficient with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control tools, relational databases, and Kubernetes
Experience working with application logs, schedulers, interaction frameworks, system configuration tools, and access/security managers
Working knowledge of ITIL framework and DevOps methodologies
