Position Description:

As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant you will act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow solution definitions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct functional design workshops and collaborate with project teams to ensure that the creation of design specifications are successful translation of client requirements Able to steer client requirements and prioritize needs over wants.
• Delivering innovative solutions to address business challenges by aligning with customer needs, leveraging technology, addressing process gaps, and overcoming cultural barriers.
• Effectively communicate technical problems and solutions across different audiences.
• Engage with solution engineering teams to support, validate and help respond to technical and business enquiries.
• Aid in conducting comprehensive gap analyses, highlighting the current state, future objectives, client requirements, and best practices.
• Foster credibility at all levels with clients while cultivating problem-solving partnerships with both clients and colleagues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within existing service operations and core propositions related to ServiceNow.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• At least 5+ years of experience working in a client-facing consulting or service delivery role within the IT services industry and risk/compliance management.
• Demonstrated experience of ServiceNow Consulting and Implementations, preferably in one or more of ITSM, SPM, CSM, HRSD.
• Ability to produce high quality documentation on various levels including technical and customer facing.
• Highly proficient in crafting ServiceNow service solutions seamlessly integrated with client service structures and operational frameworks.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation abilities, coupled with adeptness in delivering customer presentations at senior levels.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Domain specific certifications desirable (ITIL, SAFe, etc).
• Must be amenable to working onsite 2-3 days a week in Taguig with the possibility to working onsite at the client's office in Makati.
• Shift schedule is either morning or mid-shift with a possibility to follow the client's work hours.
