Position Description:

As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and well-functioning work environment in Vilnius and Kaunas offices. Your responsibilities will include identifying repair needs, coordinating with external vendors, organizing events and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic, has potential to grow and is ready to share insights and new ideas on facilities management topics. Salary range: 1800 - 2000 Euro/month (gross)

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations and activities of the offices and ensure everything at the office runs smoothly
• Plan and coordinate internal events for company employees
• Coordinate Company Car Fleet
• Keep in touch with suppliers, other stakeholders and international facilities team

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• You have proven 1-3 years of experience in the facilities coordinator (or similar) role
• You have excellent skills in Lithuanian & English languages
• You are noticeable because of strong organizational skills and communication
• It’s beneficial if you have experience working with event organization, car fleet management and/or office move/relocation project
