Your day-to-day activities
As Director Consulting services, you have integral responsibility for your clients, your team and the operation. A very fun, broad and challenging role, with great responsibilities and lots of opportunities. We entrust you with leading part of the company. You have a leading role in business development/sales activities at existing and new clients. You know how to translate the innovative possibilities of IT into concrete business opportunities and you see opportunities that you know how to translate into our portfolio. You are responsible for the successful realisation of the projects that arise and you are responsible for the quality of the services provided with the aim of excellent customer satisfaction.
You manage a team of 10 to 15 CGI consultants, and you yourself are also part of this team. You recruit new talents, ensure the professional growth of the employees in your team and employee satisfaction. You are a true team player/player, participating in business development and delivery processes together with the VP Consulting Services and other colleagues, sharing industry knowledge and vision with colleagues.
What you need to be successful in this role?
You know how to balance between customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and results. You are an inspiring leader who is familiar with your sector and knows how to translate and apply opportunities into value-added solutions for our customers. If so, we would love to meet you! In addition, you have:
• a completed Bachelor and/ or Master, preferably in a technical or IT-related field of study;
• knowledge, experience and network in the Life Sciences sector
• experience with business development, sales and delivery
• experience with contracts and financial management;
• experience in people management and coaching teams;
• you are able to support the customer together with your team from the content;
• experience in the field of IT and/or Business Consulting
• Native French or Dutch and English communication skills in word and writing.
• residing in Belgium
• team player, who easily knows how to win others over to her/his ideas;
• self-starting and initiating.
