Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced IBM Sterling CPQ Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sterling CPQ and a proven track record of delivering customizations and integrations. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to effectively manage and guide a development team. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to enhance our CPQ solutions and ensure they align with business needs.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure and customize Sterling CPQ solutions based on business requirements
• Develop customizations and extensions for Sterling CPQ and integrate with microservices
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design, development and testing of real-time solutions and features prior to implementation in production
• Debug solutions to ensure high quality
• Maintain documentation and provide ongoing support
• Ensure data integrity and security while integrating the systems

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ year hands on experience with Sterling CPQ product
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Technical skills in Java, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with working in an agile service implementation and distributed environment
• Excellent problem solving, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic
• Telecom Domain experience is nice to have
