Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Senior Bid Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, compelling proposals that showcase CGI’s expertise and innovative solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will lead the development of bids that address client needs, align with strategic goals and highlight our track record of success. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, organisation and collaboration to ensure the best possible bid outcomes.

- Research, write and organise information professionally and credibly
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to understand and synthesise key points
- Understand and articulate CGI’s product offerings and intellectual property
- Leverage CGI’s prior proposals and case studies in new bids
- Maintain consistency in proposal tone, aligning with CGI’s branding and voice
- Write, edit, and revise proposals based on feedback
- Develop and create new CGI marketing collateral
- Drive content creation for Public Safety web platforms
- Develop a content library to support Public Safety proposals

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Proven experience in writing compelling bids
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic planning expertise and the ability to think critically
