As a DevOps Technical Lead, you will be joining an experienced and dynamic team of global IT professionals serving our clients across Canada and the world.

Fonctions et responsabilités :

DevOps Lead role for the P&T team with the following skillset:

1-  Very good leadership and communication skills
2- Extensively worked with Git (Mandatory)
3-  Experienced in shell scripting and Redhat OS
4-  Experienced in at least one programming language other than shell/bash such as python
5-  Experienced in ansible (ansible playbooks/tasks, ansible galaxy, ansible roles)
6-  Experienced in Terraform (terraform workspace/state/module)
7-  Familiar with at least one database technology like postgres
8-  Familiar with automation and gitlab pipelines
9-  Familiar with at least one monitoring system like Prometheus/Grafana or ELK
10-  Familiar with maintaining a highly available production environment
11-  Familiar with at least one public cloud platform like GCP or AWS
12-  Proficiency in documenting processes
13-  Advanced knowledge of security best practices related to maintaining an infrastructure
14-  Familiar with incident and change management
15-  Familiar with Agile methodologies
16-  Sysadmin - upgrade, patching, and monitoring
17-  Experienced with network troubleshooting, worked with LDAP, DNS, SSH, TCP/IP

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :

Candidate should have around 8+ years of experience in DevOps space and deep expertise & knowledge on implementing CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Deployment) methodologies with Jenkins, lead the technical decision making on configuration management, version control, build / deployment management and automation.
Candidate is expected to have a holistic view of technical environments and help forward the organizational infrastructure as a competitive technological advantage.
Moreover, candidate is required to have a natural problem solving ability, sharp reasoning, logical bent and very good grasp on programming fundamentals.
Very Good written & verbal communications skills, inter personal skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.
