CGI Federal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analysist Logistical Specialist to support a high-performance team within Program Executive Office Missiles and Space at PM SHIELD (Short and Intermediate Effectors for Layered Defense) at Redstone Arsenal, Al. This position involves periodic travel to support the program and product offices mission within the continental United States.

1. Provides support to PEO MS/PM SHIELD Operations Division. Performs a variety of program analyst and budget administrative functions to support planning, analysis, formulation and execution of the PEO mission. Possesses knowledge of 7600A (support agreement) policy, processes and procedures. Responsible for developing and staffing all SHIELD//IFPC Inc 2 Memorandum, including but not limited to Memorandum of Agreements (MOA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Support Agreements (SA), Statement of Capability (SOC) and other memorandums. Knowledge of Acquisition Executive reporting requirements, such as: Selected Acquisition Reporting (SAR), Monthly Acquisition Reporting (MAR); and Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES). Works with supervisor or higher level analyst, in researching, reviewing and analyzing acquisition regulatory and statutory documents. Works with supervisor or higher level analyst in developing, formulating and preparing guidance for use in preparing command program execution and accomplishments. Operates the Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT); Comprehensive Cost and Reporting System (CCaRS), to adjust transactions, verify accuracy and identify errors. Coordinates, prepares and staffs periodic acquisition reports, Army Program Budget Briefs, Historical Reports, Program Management Review Charts, and Congressional Inquiry responses to/thru the PEO.

2. Researches directives, regulations, and policies and provides assistance to PEO Headquarters and Project Office in ensuring programs requirements are in adherence with legislature, regulations policies and procedures. Ensures all support agreement transactions comply with authorized policies and procedures and periodically reviews with supervisor for inconsistencies. Prepares and consolidates a variety of special and recurring reports covering status of funds, expenses, and obligations and ensures supervisor’s review and approval for dissemination.

3. Keeps track of IFPC Inc 2 analyses and documentation in support of Major Capabilities Acquisition (MCA) and Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA) decision points. This includes documentation for MCA decision points such as Materiel Development Decision, Milestone A, Milestone B, Milestone C, and Full Rate Production. This also includes documentation for MTA Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Fielding decision points. Maintains knowledge of documentation development and staffing timelines, and coordinates documentation staffing and approval. Monitors staffing and approval with respect to timelines defined in the Integrated Master Schedule. Maintains professional contact and liaison with document writers and with representatives at all levels of staffing, coordination, and approval. Informs Product Office leadership of documentation status and assesses any impacts on program strategies.

2 years' experience in a Project Office supporting Air Defense System Acquistion.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800.00 - $168,900.00.
