Main location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad (Hybrid 2 days in Office)

Job Description:
Development :
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong experience in scoped application development including Tables, Client and Server side scripts
• Good understanding on scripting best practices
• Experience in creating ‘Flow’ using flow designer
• Certified Application Developer (Optional)
• Certified System Administration (Mandatory)
• Integration with other systems using platform integration options


ITOM Health (priority considering many customers are opting for ITOM including Event Management):
• Hands on experience in configuring ServiceNow Event Management applications including Event Rules, Alert Management Rules, Alert Co-relation
• Good understanding and hand on experience in configuring and loading CIs in to ServiceNow CMDB
• Integration with monitoring sources for event ingestion
• Certified Implementation Specialist in Event Management (Optional)
• Basic understanding on ServiceNow discovery and Service Mapping
• Experience in configuring MID server

TSM:
• Good understating on the Telecom Service management solution from ServiceNow
• Experience in configuring Telecom Order Management including, order fulfillment, orchestration and fallout
• Understanding on TMFourm Open APIs offered by ServiceNow

HAM/SAM:
• Good understanding on HAM/SAM solution from ServiceNow
• Experience in configuring HAM application including end to end procurement flow for new assets, asset transfer process etc.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in HAM (Optional)
• Experience in configuring SAM application including entitlements, reclamation process etc.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in SAM (Optional)
• Good understanding and hand on experience in configuring and loading CIs in to ServiceNow CMDB

Work location can be Hyderabad, Bangalore or Chennai.
