Key candidates for this role will have the opportunity to support strategic business development and account growth initiatives in targeted large enterprise accounts across a variety of industries. The Sales Analyst, as a member of GGI’s new “Blitz Team”, will support Business Development Directors and Inside Sales Representatives, and work in collaboration with industry experts and other team members performing account and stakeholder research activities, marketing activities, and account / opportunity management functions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Partner with the Business Development team to create and generate sales and activity reports, stakeholder mapping and analytics.
• Leverage data to identify and recognize strategies to improve sales effectiveness, forecast sales results and pipeline analysis.
• Proactively prepare presentations and make recommendations to improve prospecting and sales results.
• Applying data mining techniques, carrying out statistical analysis and building high quality prediction systems to support business development (marketing and sales) for CGI products and services.
• You will work closely with Selecting features, Data-mining using state-of-the-art methods, extending CGI’s data with third party sources of information and enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Proven analytical skills.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with CRM (preferably MS Dynamics), Tableau, and SharpCloud
• Ability to work on fast-paced, complex projects.
• Collecting data through means such as analyzing business results or by setting up and managing new studies
• Transferring data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis
• Creating new, experimental frameworks to collect data
• Building tools to automate data collection
• Creating reports and presentations for business uses
• Correlating similar data to find actionable results
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $120,000-$150,000*
