CGI is looking for an Atlassian Tools Admin to join our team in Richmond,VA.
The candidate will help with managing the Atlassian tools – JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket etc. and performing Atlassian tools installations, upgrades, and migrations.
Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter:
• Manage Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket etc. and associated plug ins
• Design, create and maintain complex JIRA workflows, project workflows, field configurations, screen, permission, notification schemas and Automations • Perform Atlassian tools installations, and upgrades • Help teams migrate off IBM Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest and Remedy to Atlassian tools • Implement Devops tools and concepts • Create and maintain technical and process documentation • Key contributor in a fast paced global delivery team

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Experience using jQuery/SQL or similar • Experience with RDBMS platforms such as SQL, MySQL • Experience with system administrator functions • Sharp analytical / problem solving skills and strong sense of ownership • Excellent written and oral communication skills to work with and influence all functions and levels • Keen understanding of SDLC concepts • Ability to understand organizational and business functions and goals and make sound technical decisions to support these goals Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: • Experience with Jira administration. • Experience in managing and administration of Git/Bitbucket • Good understanding on release management best practices Education: • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
