CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support FBI WEOU's Site Licensing Management Group in Quantico, VA.

Fonctions et responsabilités :

- Collect antenna site rental requirements from field office and FBIHQ personnel
- Assist the field office with compiling licensing packages
- Generate Excel spreadsheets to establish purchase orders for site rental
- Generate yearly renewal letters
- Communicate orally and in writing with commercial vendors
- Reconcile payment discrepancies using UFMS, FRA and IMS
- Enter and track all contracts and payments into an Access database
- Responsible for approximately 8 field offices; administer close to 500 site license agreements.

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :

Top Secret clearance required
• 4 to 6 years of experience as an executive assistant, management analyst, administrative assistant or other related experience
• Ability to successfully complete a corporate Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education, Employment, Credit and Driving Records Checks
• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance
• Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills
• Experience with various software, i.e., Windows XP, WordPerfect, MS Word, Lotus 1 2 3, Excel, and Quattro Pro

Education requirements:
• High School diploma
