Seeking an experienced, versatile technology leader with Healthcare background to lead global solution engineering (Product Engineering) teams for healthcare solutions. This is an opportunity to lead engineering teams delivering a rich portfolio of IP solutions to healthcare organizations while also leading transformation initiatives to maintain and strengthen the market leadership.

• Manage large solution engineering team(s) responsible for solution development, maintenance and client enhancements
• Coordinate with Product Managers on solution strategy and roadmap
• Ensure high quality deliverables on schedule and within budget
• Manage internal and external stakeholder effectively
• Drive Continuous Improvement, Thought leadership & Innovation. Lead transformation initiatives to reach that vision

Criteria:

Must have 10+ years in each of the following:

• Managing cross functional solution engineering teams
• Healthcare Marketplace and solutions
• Broad understanding of technology and architecture including Microsoft stack, Cloud (Azure), Security, Analytics, Integration
• Managing budget/forecast, solution roadmap, plan, quality
• Strong decision making and analytical skills
• Agile/SAFe, DevOps - 3+ years of experience
• Must live in proximity to a CGI office and be able to travel up to 25%
