Be part of a growing team in one of the largest technology and business services firms in the world. If you are a highly motivated, customer focused and have experience delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects and technologies then we have an opportunity for you as a Senior Network Engineer on our team.
The Senior Network Engineer's role is to design, build, and implement network systems across the enterprise. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all local and wide area network connections, associated software, and communication links. This person will also troubleshoot network performance issues, as well as analyze network traffic and provide capacity-planning solutions. Provides second and third level support to our customer base. Interfaces with vendor support service groups to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance.

• Lead and support implementations to scale growing corporate and client network infrastructures
• Determine network requirements to support application and services groups • Leverage and build tools to deploy expanding enterprise infrastructure • Gather and utilize metrics to drive automation and efficiency of networks • Support infrastructure from requirements to implementation • Ensure operational integrity of network infrastructure
Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• Broad and extensive experience with Cisco technologies and tools • Strong level understanding of Cisco routing and switching, EIGRP, STP, vlans, and switch stacking. • Experience installing, managing, and upgrading network monitoring with SolarWinds • Working knowledge of network virtualization components for VMware technologies - vSphere, vCenter • Experience with network security solutions: Cisco - ASA/ACS/FirePower • In-depth understanding of a wide array of infrastructure technologies and operations. • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude and approach. • Excellent organization, presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with technical, non-technical, and executive levels. • Must have strong will to work in an extremely challenging environment. • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders particularly from a service focus, service quality standpoint.
