POSITION DESCRIPTION

If you are an experienced hands-on Technical Architect with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams in a dynamic environment, we want to explore opportunities with you. You will have an opportunity to work with industry leading companies in various business domains using your solution, technical skills to deliver market-leading solutions in an agile environment.

Sus futuros deberes y responsabilidades:

• As a hands-on technical architect, lead technology architecture and choices of frameworks, products for client proposals, and consulting engagements, Conduct hands-on POC on technologies and products as needed

• Architect, design, develop, deploy services

• Participate local conferences for technical thought leadership

• Be a servant technical leader with a team-first mindset

• Support teams in delivering services in a microservice architecture

• Facilitate collaboration between software engineers, product owners in an agile environment

• Mentor other engineers, drive good engineering practices

• Conduct sessions to spread learning across the organization

• Be a go-to person for solving problems

Calificaciones requeridas para tener éxito en este rol:

• 8-10 years of Java programming, proficient in developing multi-tier solutions

• Ability to work across industries

o Broad experience across various technologies, frameworks and deep in some ( NodeJS, AngularJS, Spring Boot, JSON, REST, Kafka)

o Experience in leveraging Cloud capabilities and developing Cloud Native solutions

o Experience in implementing complex enterprise wide solutions with heterogeneous integration needs

o Well versed in design patterns

• Working experience in building high volume service using multi thread programming

• Have the ability to jump into a troubled project, identify the problem(s), regain the client’s trust, and coach the team to success

• Executive communication skills with instant credibility

• Curious, ability to learn and grasp new concepts
