A Developer with knowledge of the mainframe environment and Change Management is needed to support the CMS/MAPD team. Skills include developer (COBOL, SQL, DB2, JCL, TSO, ISPF) and Change Management (Endevor). This includes coordination and execution of CM tasks related to changes in existing and new infrastructure and software as well.

Duties and responsibilities
• Develop the design for enhancements and changes using Agile methodologies. Translates that design to a coded module, and unit tests it. Supports the various testing of those changes. Supports the production environment, and any fixes needed to keep production running. • Software management and verification for all scheduled and emergency production releases • Coordination of CM activities with our client and all business partners, when necessary • Maintain Configuration Management documentation including CM Plans, Procedures, Processes, etc.
Qualificações requeridas para ser bem sucedido neste role:
• Must be a good communicator, both orally and with good writing skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies • Working knowledge of Endevor concepts • Use Endevor and the Change Control System to facilitate change management. Understanding of Endevor processors and ability to integrate with other utilities such as JCL Check/Prep • Ability to work with and code using REXX/CLIST programming languages • Ability to work with and understand DB2 Stored Procedures and Cobol Programs • Must have 3 years of experience. Desired Qualifications • Knowledge of the CMS healthcare environment would be a definite plus. Experience in a CMMI level 3+ environment is also very desirable. • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies • Experience using JIRA and Confluence • Familiarity with AWS Change Management experience is highly desired. #cgifederaljob
